Amanda

'I have been a student at happy feet since I was 4 years old and have enjoyed every class and show that I have taken part in. I have definitely grown in confidence and met so many lovely people and made so many friends along the way. I’ll be very sad to leave and can’t wait to be involved with many more brilliant shows in the future.'

Eve

'I'll never forget my first show when I was the smallest and youngest Teddy Bear performing in the Teddy Bears Picnic. Happy Feet has meant so much to me. I have not only grown as a dancer but also as a person. Happy Feet has boosted my confidence and taught me to never give up. I have made so many friends and I will miss the laughter and fun we shared. I will cherish the time I spent helping to teach the younger children their dance skills. A big thank you to Anne and Sarah for all they have taught me and the opportunities they have given me. Its goodbye for now, but I'll be back!'

Leah

'I have been dancing at Happy Feet for 13 years and I cannot believe that this is my last year here. I am thankful to have been a part of this company and having the opportunity to experience performing on stage at the Hawth. Happy Feet has helped me grow in confidence and it has been a pleasure to have been taught by both Anne and Sarah. It has been a memorable 13 years and I will miss everyone!'

Hannah

'I started Happy Feet nearly 12 years ago at the age of 6 . In my younger years I did musical theatre and tap and more recently have just focused on tap. I have really enjoyed my time at Happy Feet and I am really grateful to both Anne and Sarah for their patience , support and guidance over the years. Being part of six shows has been a great experience, although nerve racking at times it has taught me a lot about how a theatre works and has made me more resilient and confident. I can’t believe it is nearly time to say goodbye to Happy Feet, I will definitely miss it but I hope to be back to support future shows.'

'Happy Feet has been such a large influence in my life, helping me develop my confidence and dancing technique with such a friendly and encouraging environment. I remember all those years ago at my first show watching the seniors in amazement and now here I am myself, it’s been a great journey. My time at Happy Feet is one I’ll never forget and will always cherish; I’ve had so much fun over the 11 years and want to thank everyone for making it so.'

Caitlin

'I’ve been at Happy Feet since I was 4 years old, and have loved every minute of it. Every tap class, musical theatre and scholars class is filled with laughter and everybody gets on so well. It has been an amazing place to learn and grow up and I don’t think any dance school values fun and the pupils enjoyment as much as Happy Feet. It has been amazing, I love all my dance girls and am very grateful for the time I’ve spent at dance. I’m going to miss it but I can’t wait for this show, it’s going to be the best one yet!'
